Pregnancy Relaxation is one of my favorite courses to teach because of the supportive network that comes from it. Slowing down and teaching your baby coping mechanisms is one of the most important things you can do during pregnancy.
Learning how to relax fully and deeply during your pregnancy has so many benefits for both of you, and practicing these techniques during pregnancy will mean that you can call on these during labour to keep you calm and in control.
But carving out the time to truly switch off from the world around you can be tricky, and to connect with your bump is almost impossible, especially if you already have children!
This weekly class gives you the protected time and space to connect with yourself, your baby, and other pregnant women. You will learn some tools and techniques to support your wellbeing during pregnancy and of course, the aim of the game is to relax deeply.
Throughout the course, we will practice mindful breathing techniques, explore various topics linked to pregnancy as a group, and finish each session with an amazing guided relaxation.
All sessions will be delivered via zoom, meaning you can join from the comfort of your own home, PJ's welcome!
